Would
it surprise you to know that the majority of our customers are meat
eaters? It takes a moment before some of our patrons realize we
have no meat, poultry or even fish on our menu - something our chefs
love to hear.
Yet
our menu is extensive enough for both vegetarians and meat eaters to
enjoy. Our chefs are famous for cooking up delicious vegetable
and meat alternative dishes that are full of flavor. Some of our
meat substitute meals are better than the real thing that even devout
carnivores can't tell the difference.
Every
year we receive a large number of international visitors who, unlike
our locals, are unable to enjoy eating at our restaurant on a regular
basis. After many requests for our recipes we put them all in
our cookbook - Vegetarian International Cuisine. Between the covers
of our cookbook you'll find many of our chefs best kept secrets (until
now) on flavoring meat substitutes, combining certain vegetables for
full flavor and cooking with herbs, spices, vinegars, oils and nuts.
Our
chefs are constantly working on new recipes using meat substitutes like
Tofu, Seitan, Tempeh and TVP®. Some of our newer recipes are
posted on our site which is updated regularly. We invite you to
