I couldn’t let the opportunity pass to say a big thank you to “ANNIE” for a job well done on a wedding cake for my brother. I made the order with Annie and she went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what the bride would be happy with.
On the day I picked up the cake, I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I don’t know the people by name, but I can tell you that they certainly service your restaurant well. They were outgoing, professional, and most helpful.
The cake was beautiful! Even though it was almost 100 degrees that day, nothing took away from how great it tasted! We brought the cake on the boat tours with us for the reception and received many compliments on how nice the cake looked.
Since I am from out of town, one always takes a gamble when ordering something like this from a distance. In this case, everything was excellent and I want to tell Annie thank you! In the future, we will be back in the Dells and will most certainly eat at the Cheese Factory Restaurant. If you need a reference for the cake, feel free to give anyone my name and phone number.
