Great Coffee For Espresso Lovers
All of us at The Cheese Factory Restaurant wanted to offer fabulous cappuccinos and espresso drinks for our customers from our genuine Cappuccino Bar. So after much tasting, we chose Ancora Coffee of Madison, Wisconsin as our supplier. They provide us with their fresh, delicious, "small batch Artisan roasted" espresso beans, which ensures our customers will be as delighted as we are with our selection of freshly made coffee drinks.
Our cappuccino bar drinks can be enjoyed in the restaurant, or as take-out. We also provide free wi-fi with your meal
In addition to the familiar cappuccino bar favorites, we offer some specialties as shown below.
- Viennese Cafe
- Espresso and steamed milk with vanilla flavoring, whipped cream and nutmeg.
- Blackforest Cafe
- Espresso and steamed milk blended with dark chocolate, hazelnut and raspberry flavorings. Topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
- Italian Espresso Float
- A scoop of vanilla ice cream floating in espresso coffee, whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
- Aussie Frappe
- Shake made from espresso, milk and vanilla ice cream with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
- Italian Syrup Flavorings
- Amaretto, caramel, dark chocolate, coconut, hazelnut, maple, mango, Irish creme, pistachio, raspberry, walnut or French vanilla.
All of the above can be iced, decaf, skim or with soy milk.
